I personally never had to handle the after death affairs of anyone. So after my grandfather (Tech Sgt George R. Schmoke) passed away, I was completely overwhelmed. I called Sampson and was greeted by the calm voice of Mr. John Sampson Jr. He explained every detail, answered questions, and calmed my anxiety. I worked directly with Kyle and he too was very pleasant, and did not make me feel like I was bothering him too much. I had the opportunity to meet and speak with Mr. John Sampson Sr., who told me the history of Sampson Family Chapels. But the most incredible feeling was when I viewed grandpa for the first time and they had dressed him exactly how I wrote it out for them. I thought the idea of writing a letter and being detailed was anal. I just wanted everything to be perfect for my grandfather, he deserved it. I was completely amazed at how my grandfather looked. They went above and beyond to ensure myself and my entire family were pleased. Overall, I am so grateful for each and everyone of the team members there. I am humbled by the work they do, and pleased with how everything turned out. Grandpa was laid to rest with style and class.

We recently had the privilege to work with Sampson Chapel's Springfield location in helping serve a family out of state. We helped and worked alongside one of their funeral directors Justin Moreua, and could not have asked for more professionalism and courtesy. We know the families they have the privilege of serving are taken care of with dignity and honor and will keep them in mind for the future. Keep up the excellent work!
